Goods in – or receiving – is the very first stage in the order fulfilment process.
This is where we set up your account on our order fulfilment software so that we can integrate with your e-commerce store of choice and make the process as seamless as possible. We also set up your inventory and products before sending them to our fulfilment centre.
Once the stock is received, our team check each and every delivery to make sure everything is undamaged and ready to be stored. We then add all of the necessary barcodes, measurements and images to our software to ensure the most accurate fulfilment moving forward.
Thanks to our use of technology, you will get access to our software portal, which will give you the necessary insight into how your goods are being handled throughout the process.

Setting up your products
Getting you set up on our inventory management portal is a breeze. You will gain insight into real-time data and visibility of your stock, so whether looking at the dashboard, viewing queries or running reports, the data is always as up to date and live as it can be.
We’ll also plug integrate your eCommerce store, for the most seamless experience throughout the whole process, and ensure we’re getting your stock delivered to our fulfilment warehouse for safe storage.
We’ll keep you up to date every step of the way and let you know as soon as your goods are taken in at the fulfilment centre and are ready for pick and pack when the orders start rolling in.
Shipping your stock to us
With your accounts set up, the next part of the process is for your inventory to be shipped to our fulfilment warehouse.
Once your stock has arrived, our team will process all barcodes, SKU identifiers and ensure your inventory is packaged as it should be. By taking care of this at part of goods in process, we can efficiently manage and access stock once it is housed in the warehouse, leading to the quickest possible picking and packing.
