The automated order retrieval (AOR) feeds our warehouse management system which is fully integrated with key carriers. We accept various order file formats that flow throughout the process seamlessly. The warehouse management system (WMS) monitors inventory and warehouse activities, providing real time stock allocation and availability. This coupled with the integrated mutli-carrier functionality (CI), ensures orders are despatched and delivered within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
Portal
The customer portal provides a window to your data. Stock level visibility is important, along with key reports and agreed Key Performance Indicators. The portal is an online web tool that provides this key information in a real time environment. It is dynamically linked to the main operation systems providing the data you need at the touch of a button.
