How do I return something to ASOS?
Select the items you’re returning and the reason you’re returning them. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags, eg shoes should be returned with the original shoe box.
How long do ASOS give you to return?
If you return an item requesting a refund within 28 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, you are entitled to a full refund by way of the original payment method. ASOS will aim to refund you within 14 days of having received the returned item.
Can you return ASOS online?
You can return any ASOS item (including sale items) for a full refund, within 28 days of receiving your original order. ASOS does not offer exchanges on orders, so if you want a different size or colour, you’ll need to return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
Where do ASOS returns go?
ASOS has a zero-landfill policy and 97 per cent of the returns go on to be resold. The remaining three per cent are sent to ASOS’s partners so they can be reused and recycled.
Does ASOS cover return shipping?
